Happy Full Moon in Aries Sisters!
This week we have the Full Moon happening on Thursday, October 1, 2020, at 5:05 PM ET, and this one is called the Full Harvest Moon.
The Harvest Moon is known as the full Moon that occurs the closest to the Autumnal equinox (Which happened last week, on September 22, also known as Mabon).
As the Native Americans prepared to gather their crops each autumn, they looked up at the September’s Full Moon as the sign that it was time to harvest. As the night and darkness were creeping in, the farmers could still work late-night shift and use the Moon rays to keep them going.
As we finish the busy go-go month of September under the sign of Virgo, and as we transition into Libra, the queen of balance, and with the arrival of autumn, October is like the breather before the holiday season.
October gives us a chance for a new equilibrium in all areas of our lives. It is here to ensure that we don’t get to the holiday season exhausted and empty.
